We specialize in diverse Asian cuisines, such as Chinese Szechuan, Shanghai, Korean, Japanese, etc., and tailor them to suit any occasion perfectly. We provide a complete service package, including both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Our successful restaurants include Hupo in Long Island City, Shan in Cobble Hill, Downtown Brooklyn, and Fleur in Park Slope, with additional locations in Chelsea - Fine Dining & Brunch and Midtown Manhattan coming soon.
